Close to the practice of yoga since she was 19, Anna Lisa Tempestini moved from the Ashtanga style to explore other specializations, such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini, Mindful Yoga, Vanda Scaravelli, Aerial Yoga, Yoga in Water, and Yoga for Pregnancy. She practices a functional style, which adapts to the needs of the different people she meets: everything revolves around our body and Anna Lisa judges us to discover the possibilities we have to help it and to live at our best
