Aviv has chosen Palazzo BelVedere, in Montecatini Terme, immersed in the beauty of Tuscany: here you will have an immersive experience.

For her, yoga is not just what you do on the mat.
Mindfulness is a powerful practice in every aspect of life.

It is through travelling and exploring new cultures that we can experience the present moment with all our senses.

During the retreat there will be yoga and meditation sessions, varying according to the time of day and evening, tailored to the group that will be formed.
However, there will also be visits to Montecatini, wellness activities and culinary experiences.
