Chef Daniele Ciofi is the director of MO|RENO, the gourmet restaurant dedicated to the memory, full of flavor, of Moreno Meucci, a chef from another era. Few tables, widespread sobriety, exceptional raw materials. Daniele's inspiration comes from the Garden of Palazzo BelVedere, understood as the succession of seasons and harmony of elements for a series of functional recipes as a worthy conclusion to the day at Palazzo BelVedere.
There is respect in the choice of ingredients, there is consideration in his way of doing things and responsibility goes hand in hand with creativity. A kitchen in the making, a kitchen in motion that unites Tuscany to the world in a hymn to life that from night to night is perpetuated with discretion and delight.
