Take a break and treat yourself to a moment to detoxify from everyday stress, at Palazzo BelVedere in Montecatini Terme.
Sometimes we need a break, a momentary escape from our routine, to 'refocus' and return to everyday life with renewed energy and drive.

During the Retreat we will dive into Pilates - an extraordinary holistic exercise that teaches us how to move with balance and harmony - as well as techniques of mindfulness, with a dedicated space for beauty and wellness.

The retreat includes:

  • 2 nights in a Comfort Room 
  • breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • 3 Pilates lessons (4.5 hours in total)
  • 1 elemental treatment chosen together with our Naturopath to rebalance each of the four Elements (50 minutes)
  • 1 aperitif 
  • 1 conscious walk (60 minutes)
  • 1 beauty lesson (60 minutes)


Menus for lunch and dinner, alone or in company, tailored to support the daily Pilates practice

All outdoor sessions, in case of unfavourable weather will take place indoors
